Smiling like heaven's down on Earth

The time has come, precious ones. Jesus Christ, Superstar ended it's sold out, week long run last night and, though I wasn't there, I was told it was magnificent. I was at the benefit concert for Spectre, which was also magnificent. Last night was a god night. And now we look forward.

Regents Street Rep will be putting on Victor Hugo's Les Miserables and the auditions are next week. This isn't the musical people, this is the stage production written for the Danish stage and translated into English. It's a HUGE undertaking, but I know we can do it. There are war scenes and the play spans years and years...the lights and the sets and the costumes will be incredible. And I've asked Bertolt Johan Leidermann to compose some background music...something epic, and he has kindly agreed to lend us his expertise and possibly the use of a group from LSO to record the tracks. It pays to have friends in high places :)

So come audition. We need a huge cast. We need you. You'll get to be a part of something incredible. Don't miss your chance!! Next Friday and Saturday, starting at 11 AM, Regents Street Rep. Deirdre Rose wants you there, Lovelies!
